These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and apk51 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the apk51 platform, including our website located at https://apk51.cam and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
apk51 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings or account balance.
The apk51 Platform is primarily designed for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform and placing bets or playing games. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. apk51 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally restricted from gambling activities due to criminal convictions, voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion programs, or court orders. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
The following persons are strictly prohibited from using apk51 services: employees of apk51 and their immediate family members; employees of game providers, payment processors, or other business partners involved in the operation of the Platform; individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal; persons under the age of 21; individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from the Platform; and persons using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purposes.
To use apk51 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and Indonesian identification details (KTP number). You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
apk51 is required by law to verify the identity of all users through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You must provide copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a recent photograph or selfie for facial recognition verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration or upon request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify apk51 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security compromise.
You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. If any of your personal details change (such as address, phone number, or email), you must update your account information within 7 days. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals, account verification issues, or account suspension.
apk51 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and credit/debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes during business hours and up to 24 hours outside business hours or during public holidays. You are responsible for ensuring that the deposit amount and account details are correct before submitting a transaction. apk51 is not liable for deposits sent to incorrect account numbers or through unauthorized payment channels.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of wagering requirements on active bonuses and successful identity verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, verification status, and time of request. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month for standard accounts, with higher limits available for VIP members.
All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your apk51 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts that have been used for deposits, unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by our finance team.
apk51 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary bank fees, which are your responsibility. We reserve the right to implement withdrawal fees in the future with 30 days' advance notice.
apk51 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with international AML regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal, even in the absence of a bonus. Suspicious transactions, including large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gameplay, may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, account investigation, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
apk51 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and time limits associated with that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount or 20x the deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires Rp 35,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 10%.
Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active, typically Rp 50,000 per bet. Exceeding this limit will result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings. Bonuses must be used within the specified time period (usually 30 days) or they will expire and be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
apk51 reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee profit; colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes; or any other activity deemed unfair or abusive at our sole discretion.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific rules apply depending on the sport and bet type, as detailed in our comprehensive Betting Rules available on the Platform. apk51 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or matches affected by match-fixing or corruption.
For football betting including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, Asian handicap bets (voor bola) and accumulator bets (mix parlay) are settled based on the final score after 90 minutes plus injury time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalties are not included in settlement unless explicitly stated in the market description.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live equipment to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical malfunction is proven. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during gameplay, the game round will complete automatically based on your last action, and results will be recorded in your account history.
For togel (lottery) games, draws are conducted at scheduled times using certified random number systems. Results are final once announced. In the rare event of a technical issue affecting draw integrity, the draw will be voided and stakes refunded.
apk51 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or games. Standard maximum payout limits are Rp 500,000,000 per day and Rp 2,000,000,000 per month unless otherwise stated in specific game or promotion terms. Progressive jackpot wins and promotional prizes may exceed these limits and will be paid in full.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds: using automated betting software or bots; exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage; engaging in fraudulent activity including chargebacks or payment disputes; using the Platform for money laundering purposes; and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play.
While apk51 strives to maintain 24/7 Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. apk51 is not liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or damages resulting from Platform downtime, slow connectivity, or service interruptions.
apk51 uses third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or technical failures of these third parties. While we carefully select our partners, we make no warranties regarding their reliability or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apk51's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal part of betting. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any financial losses incurred. apk51 does not provide gambling advice and you should not rely on any information presented on the Platform as a basis for your betting strategy.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance and settle any pending bets. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened for at least 30 days. If you wish to permanently self-exclude, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy.
apk51 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration; failing to complete identity verification; creating multiple accounts; bonus abuse; underage gambling; money laundering; collusion or cheating; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; and chargebacks or payment disputes.
In the event of account closure for Terms violations, apk51 may withhold any remaining account balance and confiscate winnings obtained through prohibited activities. You will be notified of the closure reason via email, though we are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for security reasons.
All content on the apk51 Platform including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and data compilations is the exclusive property of apk51 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
The apk51 brand name, logo, and all related trademarks are registered and protected. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property for commercial purposes or to create confusion in the marketplace is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department for further review. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk51 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by apk51 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of apk51.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. apk51 may assign these Terms to any successor entity or third party without restriction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and apk51 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
